I still haven't heard from Javier and so I'm in the process of refunding everyone. Just to be clear, this will be a full refund. Please be sure to check your cards on Kickstarter are up to date so this process can go as smoothly as possible. If you need to update your card, you should be able to do so on Kickstarter and feel free to let me know if you updated it.
On a happier note- I've had some continued interest in Gramarye and if there will be any plans on continuing it. I originally imagined this project as a comic, Javier's art is beautiful and he was one of the first people to encourage me to make this a reality. We worked together on character design and to be honest, I can't imagine this project as a comic without his art. However, I have plans on switching this over to a novel to be sold through Amazon. I refuse to let my story die and I think this will be the best way for it to continue. If you are still interested in Gramarye as a novel, please feel free to contact me and I would be happy to continue updates on it.

Unfortunately, I haven't heard from Javier in regards to an update on pages. If I haven't heard from him by this 15th of this month, I'll start rolling out refunds.
I would like to apologize for how this campaign has turned out. This was a dream of mine and I was so happy and excited by all of your support when it was funded. To say I'm disappointed is a severe understatement. I would also like to thank you all. You have been beyond patient and understanding. I can't apologize enough, I'm truly heart broken.
I will post another update on the 15th. Should I start refunds, please be patient as I'll have to do it in waves. I still have most of the funds from the kickstarter but some of it was taken out from purchased merchandise and fees from the campaign. I would like to stress that I haven't used it for things other than this campaign. However because I'll be fully refunding everyone who backed the campaign, this does mean I'll be dipping into my personal funds. I don't think it's fair or right to send you partial merchandise for a campaign that has not been fully completed.

Hey you all, this is Javier.
So I'm going to fully disclose why this has taken me so long to finish without going into too much detail, but here goes to the best of my recollection. Within the past 6 to 7 months my daughter has literally almost died 3 times, my mom was almost homeless in another state, my sister has gone to jail multiple times, and I've had to be the rock for my family as emotional support. But I haven't had really any for myself. So once I knew people were out of danger my mind kind of collapsed from the mental anguish and exhaustion and I slowly had to pull myself out of that deep dark depression. But it was hard trying to get myself back into a good mental headspace to even pick up the pencil. And this is without the covid stuff and no conventions and worrying about how I'm going to make rent or money to pay bills. They always say you never know the battles someone is struggling with and I like to keep my personal life personal but, I also felt you needed to know why this project has been taking far beyond longer than I ever would've expected. I hope you understand and don't judge too harshly and I will forever be in your debt for understanding and having a bit of compassion. As an apology for the project taking so long, I'll also be drawing a free small head sketch to all physical backers.

Hey everyone, unfortunately I'm still waiting on interior pages. Some more pages are done but the date they'll be completed keeps getting pushed back. I'm really sorry the project is taking so long, it wasn't my original intention for this to still be a work in progress.
